We were pretty elf’n excited to see Downtown Indy Inc.’s holiday campaign blanket Indianapolis like a blizzard. Designed to drive traffic to our city’s unique holiday offerings, our campaign features the most festive of downtown attractions. This comprehensive campaign included a web site, digital ads, outdoor boards, social assets, videos, and even our very first buswrap!). We're looking forward to seeing the holiday spirit continue to shine in downtown Indy for generations to come!
ENVIRONMENTAL VIDEOS
Downtown visitors in search of merry-making will discover video installations at the Bicentennial Unity Plaza and Monument Circle directing them to some of the most festive attractions the city has to offer. By incorporating visual elements from our illustrated map art into these physical displays, we're ensuring a cohesive and immersive holiday experience — while helping spread a little holiday cheer.
Introducing Your Holiday Ahhhhh-genda!
Building on our original map concept, our campaign creative grew and expanded. Extending the look and messaging strategy into a shared social media suite, including templates for ALL participating downtown attractions, our downtown partners were able to integrate their own photography into campaign branded templates increasing the perceived connectivity of downtown holiday attractions. This provided a solid foundation for our holiday marketing efforts, combining visual storytelling with strategic social media promotion to attract and engage throughout the holiday season.
What's All the Holiday Hub-bub?!
We designed and built the new Downtown Indy Inc. “Winter Wanderland” online hub to increase awareness for all participating downtown partners and their unique holiday programming. The website features interactive content, event listings, exclusive promotions, and more, providing visitors with a rich and engaging online experience that complements our physical and social media initiatives. The site accommodates attractions (and is future proofed for new ones as needed), optimizes the user experience, and streamlines the admin process for updates and management. The site can be easily reskinned for other year-round campaigns/promotions. By creating a seamless online experience, we were able to extend the reach of our campaign, drive online engagement, and encourage more people to visit and support downtown businesses during the holiday season.
