When a 55-year old restaurant franchise announces plans to open a new space near its humble beginnings, well, people go kinda crazy. Especially when they hear that they’re bringing back the legendary burger that started it all. Yep, the famous Topper is back. Our friends at Clancy’s Inc. needed a design and marketing partner to help build the new Grindstone Public House brand to balance its historical significance with today’s evolving food trends. Together, we worked to capture the flavor of this new concept through a new identity, menu, and advertising, as well as environmental and exterior signage. Pop in for a pint. Stay for the Topper.
